Letter of Introduction

Welcome To the 6th Annual Richland Community Days I am once again the chair person for the food committee. I think that the 2012 event was a success with some minor electrical problems. We expect this year’s event to be bigger and better than ever, I do not plan on adding any more food venders unless there is someone not able to return or a unique item available. The application has a few minor changes please read carefully. Once again there will be someone checking to see if you are in compliance with our rules and regulations.

The amount for each space is $350.00. Your total is due prior to June 30th. If we do not receive your total by that date your space will be given to someone on our waiting list. The applications will be approved in this order; 1) prior participation 2) need based / first received 3) unique items bases. We reserve the right and plan on limiting venders with similar food items, also Richland Township and local area venders will take precedence over out of town venders. Please sign and return this application as your letter of intent to participate in our 2013 event.
